A POPCAT Transfer Uses SOL and a Supported Route

Token amount and network fee are separate balances.

Send, receive and settle

A wallet signs a Solana transaction moving POPCAT between token accounts. A recipient may need an associated token account, while an exchange adds its own deposit minimum, confirmation and maintenance rules. A successful wallet signature is not proof that a centralized account has credited the deposit.

Keep enough SOL, verify destination support and send a small test to a new route. Preserve the transaction signature. Do not send an Ethereum or Base token sharing the name, close an account during settlement or use a recovery service that asks for the wallet seed phrase.

Popcat Operating Context

The name and logo can be copied without creating the same asset.

Canonical mint and token accounts

Official Popcat material identifies mint 7GCihgDB8fe6KNjn2MYtkzZcRjQy3t9GHdC8uHYmW2hr. Solana token accounts associated with that mint hold balances; SOL pays transaction fees and account costs. POPCAT does not secure Solana or execute transactions itself.

Compare every mint character before a swap, deposit or withdrawal. Do not rely on ticker, logo, search rank, wallet suggestion or an unsolicited balance. A copied POPCAT token can exist in a valid Solana account while having unrelated supply controls and no meaningful liquidity.

Community Branding Does Not Remove Market Risk

A meme can be widely recognized while the token remains a market-dependent asset.

Supply, liquidity and rights

The official site describes zero transfer tax, burned liquidity-pool tokens and immutable token controls. Those properties can be checked onchain, but they do not guarantee a particular pool remains deep, prevent holder concentration or create cash flow, governance and product rights.

Inspect actual mint authority, freeze authority, pool address, depth and price impact. Do not treat a burned LP position as insurance or assume community ownership identifies who controls social channels. Avoid approvals and signatures offered through imitation claim sites.

Choose the Next POPCAT Check

Identity comes before market or custody decisions. Compare the complete mint in the sending wallet, receiving venue and explorer, then verify that each service supports the same Solana representation. Record the signature and expected token amount before asking support to investigate a delayed credit. Check custody terms too.

Holder, trader or transfer user

First match the official mint. Then confirm network, SOL balance, destination support and token account. Traders should evaluate the exact pool and minimum received; custodians should confirm the wallet exposes the mint rather than only a friendly logo.

Ignore duplicate tokens and unsolicited rewards. Save the signature and receiving address, revoke risky approvals and continue to Solana for network behavior. Use wallet and validator tools for the actual mint and address involved.

The Next Popcat Step

The POPCAT result needs context

The canonical Solana mint defines balances and supply controls, token accounts hold POPCAT, and independent exchanges and pools provide market access.

A token can display the POPCAT ticker and Popcat branding without being the canonical contract or mint. POPCAT is the market asset shown in the snapshot. SOL pays transfer, swap and token-account fees.

What Popcat users should verify and why this design differs

Liquidity and venue support can change. Social-channel control is separate from token controls.

For Popcat, the practical sequence is Check official source, Verify host chain, Match contract or mint, Fund gas, Test transfer. Confirm the official destination and current network, then inspect the final balance, position, receipt or documented exit state that actually completes the task: Verify and transfer canonical POPCAT on Solana while understanding meme-token custody and liquidity risk.

Popcat Token verification FAQ

Does POPCAT pay Solana gas?

No. SOL pays Solana transaction fees.

Can another token use the POPCAT name?

Yes. Verify the full canonical mint.

Does burned liquidity guarantee a sale price?

No. Executable price still depends on current market depth and demand.
